Q: Are you a trading company or a factory?

Q: What is the MOQ for your product?
A: Our MOQ is 1pc, only for the sample. MOQ for mass goods, it depends of the material your use for the box, wood one:100pcs-200pcs, leather one: 300-500pcs, paper one: 500-1000pcs.

Q: Can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: Yes, sample order is warmly acceptable here, generally speaking, sample lead time would be 5-15days, some items we have the stock, we could send you for free(you only afford the shipping cost).

Q: Do you accept custom order?
A: Yes, we accept custom design order. If you have any requirements on the logo, size, color, material, and packaging, even the whole design, we are capable to complete it.

Q: What about the lead time for bulk order production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 25 to 45 days. If we are in peak seasons, it will be little longer.
